What is most important to my health?
This is by far one of the most asked questions in the world of integrative health. Unfortunately there isn’t one right answer.
Your health is made up of many different pieces each signifying factors that affect your daily life. There are 12 pieces to this pizza.. I have a confession - pizza is my favorite (even as a health coach) so, of course, i’m going to use that as my comparison.

As you can see this is a large list of things that influence your health. Each person will have different significance in different pieces of the pizza.
