What diet is best for me?
Diet. Ick. One of the worst words in the health culture world. It’s also a very controversial topic.
Diets are one of the top causes of disordered eating which does not contribute to better health. It is so sad that today’s society calls healthy eating a diet. A diet is cutting out large food groups or cutting out healthy foods. Not eating processed/packaged foods should be normal and should not be considered dieting!!
Eat to fuel your body, support your hormones, and balance your blood sugar! Of course, that will look different for each individual.
